Terms & Conditions

These terms govern data recovery and related services provided by Dubai Data Recovery, a division of Royal Step Computer Solutions L.L.C.

1. Diagnostics & quotes. Standard diagnostics are free. We provide a fixed quote before any chargeable work; recovery proceeds only after your approval.
2. No fix, no fee. If we cannot recover usable data, you pay no recovery fee. Parts, donor drives or shipping may be chargeable and quoted in advance.
3. No guarantee of full recovery. Due to the nature of damaged media we cannot guarantee all data is recoverable. We disclose the verified file list before final payment.
4. Customer responsibility. You confirm you are the owner or authorised user of the device and its data.
5. Turnaround. Timeframes are estimates and may vary with damage severity and parts availability. Emergency service is available on request.
6. Confidentiality. Your data is handled confidentially and accessed only to perform recovery. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Collection. Devices and recovered media must be collected within 30 days of completion.
8. Liability. Our liability is limited to the value of the service paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
